A Georgia Trump supporter named Brad Barnes is attempting to use an obscure law to have Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis arrested for her office’s pursuit of charges against former President Donald Trump related to his alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia. Barnes, who previously ran unsuccessfully for the Georgia House of Representatives, is filing an application for a warrant to arrest Willis on charges such as violation of oath by a public officer and unprofessional conduct by a public officer under Georgia state law, as well as federal charges of conspiracy against rights and deprivation of rights under the color of law.
Barnes alleges that Willis is using her public office to settle a political grudge, claiming that charging individuals for their legal actions, including representing clients and filing legal paperwork, violates their First Amendment right to redress of grievances. However, Georgia state law imposes a high threshold for obtaining an arrest warrant. To do so, an individual must first file a police report and then go through a legal hearing process where a judge evaluates whether there is justifiable cause for the arrest. Arrest warrants in Georgia are not issued to “teach someone a lesson” but are based on evidence of criminal acts. Furthermore, any warrant for the arrest of a public officer for offenses allegedly committed while performing their duties can only be issued by specific judges.
Barnes’ ability to have Willis arrested is uncertain, and it’s unclear whether he has the standing to pursue such action.

Trump Supporter Tries to Get Fani Willis Arrested (newsweek.com)
Donovan was born and raised in the deep south of South Central Georgia, roughly two hours from the Georgia-Florida line. His father was a guitar player, farmer, and eventually blue color worker for GM. His mother suffered from Scleroderma starting a few years after he was born, so she became a home maker. Growing up as an only child, Donovan’s interest included music (though he really never learned to play anything) and anything dealing with technology, but specifically computers.
He has spent his entire life involved with computer technology either as a hobby or as a career. In his middle to late teens, he ran a BBS (electronic bulletin board system – the precursor to the modern day Internet). He learned about networking computer systems, building computers, and communication technologies as part of his career.
Later in life, he fulfilled his dream of running his own ISP (Internet Service Provider) when he was hired first as the Network Manager and eventually the General Manager of the Telecommunications Department for the City of Tifton, known as CityNet.
Today he runs his own IT business and has been podcasting in some form or fashion since 2011.
Have you ever noticed how Trump supporters tend to look like societal rejects? No? Just me? Ok. LOL
