Your are signing up for a subscription to Don Talk.  There are no warranties expressed or implied.  By paying for a membership to Don Talk, you have the right to listen to and view any content that is part of your subscription level.  You have the right to download the MP3 files for the Don Talk Show.  You do NOT have the right to share the MP3 files or any other protected content on the site on social media platforms, email systems, instant messaging systems, etc.  Your subscription is for you and you only, not to be shared with anyone else.
